9. Certificate, Stock - Stock certificate for Cowlitz Dairymen's Association; one for Luther Ramsey (Certificate No. 128, one share, $10), one for Mrs. Luther (Hilda) Ramsey (Certificate No. 360, one share, $10.80). Both are signed by Secretary Oscar Hendrickson. One is signed by President (in 1934) Art Merrifield, the other by President (in 1936) Isaac Chuinard. The Ramsey's had their dairy right outside Kelso.

10. Churn - This churn was bought second hand in the early 1940's in Cowlitz Gardens. (a) It is a 10-gallon capacity cylinder churn made of white cedar. This information is stenciled in black letters on the side. The tub measures 18.5 inches in diameter. It has a galvenized metal band around each side. The manufacturer's name is not on the churn. 11. Knife, Hay - manufactured steel hay knife. Wooden hand grips. Adjustable handle attached to the blade with a bolt. Blade is made of a solid steel spine and four riveted steel plates that are sharpened on one edge.

12. Map - Copy of the map "Puget Sound Company's Maps No. 3". "Approximate Survey of Land claimed by the Puget Sound Agricultural Association, on the N. bank of the Cowlitz River". Cowlitz Farm. Survey shows the boundaries of Cowlitz Farm, and differentiates the arable, pasture, and wood lands. Distances in chains. Written in the lower right corner is "I hereby certify that this is a true copy of the original now on file in this office. Surveyor Generals Office, Olympia W. T. March 7, 1861. James Tilton, Surveyor General". On the back is stamped in red "Reproduced through the courtesy of the Bancroft Library, University of California, Berkeley 4, California".

13. Map - Copy of the map "Puget Sound Company's Maps No. 4". "Copy of Map of Cowlitz Farm as cultivated in 1845 and Spring 46". Map shows the layout of fields and buildings at Cowlitz Farm, and which crops were planted in which fields. It also listed the acreage for each field. Crops include wheat, coleseed (rapeseed), timothy, beans, turnips, clover, oats, pease (peas), and tary. Buildings include houses for Williams, Johnson, and Derval, barns, pig stys and storage warehouses A, E, F, G, H, I, and K. On the back is stamped in red "Reproduced through the courtesy of the Bancroft Library, University of California, Berkeley 4, California".
