5. Ticket, Political - Hartley Dinner; Monticello Hotel; Former Washington State Governor Roland Hartley, Governor from 1925-1933, who was running for re-election in 1936. The dinner was for local Republican Party bigwigs, before his main speech to the public at the Longview Y.M.C.A. 8. token, store - 1933 Liberty Party of Cowlitz County Liberty Service Token (currency), good for 50 cents in service or commodity. Issue no. one, Serial No. 127. Signed by President L. C. Hicks and Secretary A. C. Grabbert. On one side is the liberty bell and a picture of the Statue of Liberty. The Liberty Party was a third political party organized about that time. It was printed in black, white and green.
